Metal caster — Kajola

We are recruiting: we are hiring a metal caster in Kajola, Oyo State. The role involves cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch; maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings; inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects; check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring; skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring. Requirements: • Understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling • Basic grinding and fettling skills • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding Pay around ₦185,000 per month, based on your experience.
