Requirements: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling On the job you will handle: • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone $20 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
