Great opportunity: we are hiring a MIG/MAG welder in Rockwall County, Texas. The job is at a busy production line. The role involves strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc; clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead; set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose; grind back and re-weld any defective runs. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings Six days a week, one day off.
