Wood machinist — Atlantic County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a wood machinist in Atlantic County, New Jersey. You will be based in a bespoke joinery workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists • Finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain • Assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops • Glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together You should have: • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent • Good eye for detail and a clean finish • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers 5+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
