Requirements: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Willing to work shifts and overtime • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting The role involves: • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well Six days a week, one day off.
