We are recruiting: we are hiring a safety marshal in Bates County, Missouri. You will work on a road and infrastructure project. Ideal candidate: • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements On the job you will handle: • Audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges • Inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift • Investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports • Record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date • Update the risk register and method statements (RAMS) 1+ years on the tools preferred.
