Sand plant operator wanted in Greene County

Join our team: we are hiring a sand plant operator in Greene County, Mississippi. Day to day you will check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring; assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together; tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle; make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities. Requirements: • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards • Willing to wear full PPE such as heat-resistant apron, spats and visor • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection Rotating shifts.
