Requirements: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry On a typical shift you will keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; season and marinate meat on request. 4+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
