Vacancy available: we are hiring a turning centre operator in Derry City and Strabane, Northern Ireland. The role involves: • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles • Load and index turning tools in the turret • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish • Write and edit G-code programs at the control What we are looking for: • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T We offer £2,150 per month plus benefits.
