Argon welder • Ijero, Ekiti State

Vacancy available: we are hiring an argon welder in Ijero, Ekiti State. On the job you will handle: • Set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator • Weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges • Select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job • Prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run • Clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding What we are looking for: • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day • Own basic hand tools and PPE Six days a week, one day off.
