MIG/MAG welder wanted in Lincoln County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a MIG/MAG welder in Lincoln County, Mississippi. You will work in a heavy engineering unit. Your main tasks: • Set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose • Read fabrication drawings and weld symbols • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration • Bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding Requirements: • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test Full-time, day shift.
