Natural stone fabricator — Clark County

Now hiring: we are hiring a natural stone fabricator in Clark County, Illinois. You will be based at a kitchen worktop showroom. The role involves lift and handle heavy slabs safely using suction lifters and trolleys; fix marble cladding to building facades with anchors and clamps; grind and hone uneven floors flat before the final polish; restore old marble by honing, crystallising and buffing back to finish; polish stone surfaces to a high gloss using diamond pads and polishing compound; cut marble and granite slabs on a bridge saw with diamond blades. What we are looking for: • Good eye for joints, levels and overall finish • Steady hand for edge profiling and a fine polished finish • Willing to work at heights for facade cladding Pay around $3,400 per month, based on your experience.
