Now hiring: we are hiring an ironing operator in Ness County, Kansas. What we are looking for: • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings Your main tasks: • Set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics • Operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments • Hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing • Meet the daily piece target without damaging garments • Clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
