On a typical shift you will hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control; keep a safe distance from overhead power lines; watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity; fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure; read and interpret the load chart before every lift.
