Immediate opening: we are hiring a canteen cook in Ibadan South West, Oyo State. On the job you will handle: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets 2+ years on the tools preferred.
