Great opportunity: we are hiring a beldar in City of Roanoke, Virginia. You will work on a high-rise construction site. You should have: • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it You will clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour; stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage; hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors; load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate; fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns.
