Vacancy available: we are hiring a bodyshop painter in Saint Francois County, Missouri. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing Your main tasks: • Apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour • Wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair Six days a week, one day off.
