Catering cook wanted in Cecil County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a catering cook in Cecil County, Maryland. You should have: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards You will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; prepare the mise en place before each service. Meals and transport allowance provided. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
