Vacancy available: heavy equipment operator (Indiana)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator in Orange County, Indiana. You will work in an open-cast mine. You will read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles; top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects; work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals; backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations. Requirements: • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
