Now hiring: split AC fitter (Virginia)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a split AC fitter in Halifax County, Virginia. You will be based at an HVAC contractor's workshop. Requirements: • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolds • Confident brazing copper and running nitrogen pressure tests • Presentable and polite with customers on site Day to day you will cut, flare and bend copper pipe for the liquid and suction lines; charge and top up refrigerant (R32, R410A) off the manifold gauges; wire the indoor-to-outdoor interconnecting cable and connect the isolator; clean filters, blower wheels and condenser coils during servicing; run and lag the condensate drain line with the right fall; install ducting, grilles and VRF/VRV branch boxes.
