Urgent requirement: grill cook (California)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a grill cook in Riverside County, California. The job is in a hospital or office canteen. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat You will follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
