We are recruiting: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Muskegon County, Michigan. The job is at a fabrication and coating plant. The role involves set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse. Requirements: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Willing to work shifts and overtime At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends.
