Visual inspection operator • Wicomico County, Maryland

Join our team: we are hiring a visual inspection operator in Wicomico County, Maryland. You will work at a food processing unit. Requirements: • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing On the job you will handle: • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift • Draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer • Log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data • Segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items 3+ years on the tools preferred.
