Grill cook wanted in Miller County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a grill cook in Miller County, Georgia. You will work in a catering banquet kitchen. The role involves follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
