Scaffolding charge hand wanted in Shelby County

Now hiring: we are hiring a scaffolding charge hand in Shelby County, Indiana. The role involves: • Erect tube-and-fitting and system scaffolds such as Cuplok and Kwikstage • Fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform • Install ladder access and ladder gates between the lifts • Erect debris netting, sheeting and brick guards • Lay scaffold boards and secure them with board retaining clips • Handle, sort and stack tubes and fittings for loading out Ideal candidate: • Good head for heights and comfortable on open platforms • Reliable, punctual and able to work in a gang Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
