Vacancy available: we are hiring an oven operator in Jefferson County, Wisconsin. You will work at an in-store supermarket bakery. Your main tasks: • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing Requirements: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics 4+ years on the tools preferred.
