Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Davidson County, North Carolina. On a typical shift you will inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness. What we are looking for: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Rotating shifts.
