Fusing press operator — City of Colonial Heights

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fusing press operator in City of Colonial Heights, Virginia. You will be based at a garment factory. The role involves: • Meet the daily piece target without damaging garments • Keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure • Hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing • Remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron • Check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots What we are looking for: • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
