Panel welder wanted in Westmoreland County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a panel welder in Westmoreland County, Virginia. What we are looking for: • ITI in welder trade or equivalent • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently The role involves: • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose • Bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration Full-time with occasional weekends.
