Join our team: we are hiring a tig welder in Murray County, Georgia. You will be based at a precision engineering workshop. On the job you will handle: • Prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run • Run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints • Carry out 6G pipe welds where required • Set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal • Read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters Requirements: • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
