Immediate opening: we are hiring a commercial painter in Catawba County, North Carolina. The job is on a residential building site. The role involves lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture; measure up and work out paint and material quantities; mix and tint paint to match colour swatches; clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job; fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
