Dough maker wanted in Sokoto North

Vacancy available: we are hiring a dough maker in Sokoto North, Sokoto State. Day-to-day duties: • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Score the top of loaves before baking You should have: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Basic cake decorating and piping skills 1+ years on the tools preferred.
