Immediate opening: we are hiring a glass cutter in Maui County, Hawaii. The job is in a shopfront glazing company. The role involves: • Apply putty, silicone and glazing tape to bed the glass • Fit double-glazed sealed units into frames • Replace cracked or broken window panes • Install toughened and laminated safety glass • Measure window and door openings and order glass to size • Glaze shopfronts, curtain walls and glass partitions Ideal candidate: • Aware of safe glass handling and PPE such as cut-resistant gloves • Good eye for measurement and a steady hand • Physically fit, able to stand and lift throughout the shift At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
