Catering cook wanted in Winnebago County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a catering cook in Winnebago County, Iowa. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. The role involves prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; prepare the mise en place before each service. What we are looking for: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Six days a week, one day off.
