The role involves: • Mix tile adhesive and cement mortar to the right consistency • Screed and prepare uneven floors before tiling • Fit tile spacers to keep the grout joints even • Cut ceramic and porcelain tiles on a manual tile cutter • Set out the tile layout and snap reference lines with a chalk line • Lay floor and wall tiles to plumb and level using a spirit level Ideal candidate: • A good eye for level, plumb and even grout lines • Able to work to deadlines on busy sites Full-time, day shift.
