Immediate opening: we are hiring a solid plasterer in Cherokee County, North Carolina. On a typical shift you will apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork; apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls; tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler; skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration; dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming. Ideal candidate: • Good head for heights for ceiling and stairwell work • Able to read drawings and set out work to a deadline • Reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. $4,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
