Dish pit attendant wanted in Aberdeenshire

Great opportunity: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Aberdeenshire, Scotland. You will work in a hospital canteen. What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Punctual, reliable and hard-working The role involves restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
