Safety officer wanted in Ushongo

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a safety officer in Ushongo, Benue State. The role involves inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height; deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors; update the risk register and method statements (RAMS); audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges; run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points; ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site. Requirements: • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
