Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff On a typical shift you will mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils.
