Now hiring: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Pecos County, Texas. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. What we are looking for: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) On the job you will handle: • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar Overtime paid at a premium rate.
