Urgent requirement: we are hiring a smash repairer in Franklin County, Kentucky. On a typical shift you will mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line; pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray. Ideal candidate: • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop 6+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $160 per day plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
