What we are looking for: • Trade certificate in auto body repair an advantage • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) On a typical shift you will check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder; treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections.
