Concrete placer wanted in Franklin County

Join our team: we are hiring a concrete placer in Franklin County, Indiana. You will work at an infrastructure site. Your main tasks: • Cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days • Lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade • Screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls • Compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing • Fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule Requirements: • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
