Gas service engineer — Lincoln County

Now hiring: we are hiring a gas service engineer in Lincoln County, South Dakota. You should have: • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces You will purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate; check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray; complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation; fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls; locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections; run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
