Halal butcher wanted in Itu

Great opportunity: we are hiring a halal butcher in Itu, Akwa Ibom State. You will work in a hotel or restaurant butchery. You should have: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day On the job you will handle: • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Season and marinate meat on request • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking Meals and transport allowance provided.
