We are recruiting: gypsum plasterer (Louisiana)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a gypsum plasterer in Saint James Parish, Louisiana. The job is at a plastering and dry lining contractor. Your main tasks: • Polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush • Apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork • Apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat • Float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge Ideal candidate: • Reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic • Willing to work on both new build and refurbishment sites • Own set of trowels, floats, hawk and buckets Six days a week, one day off.
