Join our team: we are hiring a catering cook in McNairy County, Tennessee. You will be based in a hospital or office canteen. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure On a typical shift you will check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; prepare the mise en place before each service; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service.
