Truck driver — Lee County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a truck driver in Lee County, North Carolina. You will work at a container freight yard. What we are looking for: • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules • Willing to take on night and multi-day trips The role involves: • Present documents at weighbridges and check posts • Plan routes and rest stops in line with driving-hours rules • Carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off • Keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load • Couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
