Great opportunity: we are hiring a chef de partie in Wheeler County, Nebraska. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies The role involves: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
