Restaurant steward wanted in Floyd County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Floyd County, Indiana. On a typical shift you will carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; check back during the meal and handle special requests; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery. What we are looking for: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change Full-time, day shift.
